Overview of input metadata

Data structure

This data.tree ( site > tree > woodpiece > slide > image) visualises the inferred structure of the provided dataset. It includes the labels generated by the rxs2tria package from the original image names to uniquely identify each component.

Metadata extracted from files

This table shows all structure, settings and image metadata extracted from the raw files with the rxs2tria package.

If available, fill in the information on band_width and only_ew (in case only EW cells were measured). Click and drag the blue square in the bottom right corner of a cell to use autofill.

Input data

You can start a new submission from the dataframe of raw metadata inferred from images and ROXAS settings files with the rxs2tria package, or continue by loading a partially completed metadata file.

Source of shown data

Check that the inferred structure, generated labels and extracted raw metadata shown on the right are as you expect them for your dataset.

If applicable, fill in the columns for bandwidth and early wood analysis in the table on the right.
